It is a festival and family day held annually in the UK. Attracting over 10,000 visitors from Ghana, the US, Canada and Europe. The day comprises of music, cultural dancers, durbar of Chief’s display, fashion shows, football tournament, children’s activities, arts & crafts, and the food is a variety of freshly cooked Ghanaian and African food.
This was my first time at the festival thanks to DJ Nore inviting me to Photograph it. And I must say, what a vibe. While in the photographers pit, being mixed in with other great photographers with the roars and screams from the crowd at artists that, I’d personally not really heard of, but are massive when you get the right groups of people.
